Email hello@sejanus.email with your device platform and a short description of what happened.

Never include your mailbox password.

Mailbox connection

Confirm your IMAP and SMTP settings with your mailbox provider. App passwords may be required when two-factor authentication is enabled.

Delete your account

Open Sejanus, go to Profile, and select Delete my account. This removes your Sejanus account and synced data without deleting your external mailbox.
